Return Policy

• We have a 5-day return policy — you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused, with tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

• We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions once approved
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

• Inspect your order upon reception
• Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• We'll evaluate the issue and make it right

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

• Return the item first, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds

• You'll be notified once your return is received and inspected
• If approved, refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Bank processing may take additional time
